Free trial — no card required
Every carrier account starts with a free 60-day trial. No credit or debit card is required to sign up, and you are never charged during the trial.
When the trial ends, you can continue by upgrading to Pro or keep using the permanent free tier, which includes basic broker search and verification badges.
Monthly subscription ($9.99/month)
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time, either from your account area or by contacting support.
After cancellation, your Pro access continues through the end of the current billing period and does not renew. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Annual subscription ($79/year)
If you cancel within 30 days of an annual charge, you may request a refund for the unused portion of the plan by contacting support.
Refunds are calculated pro rata for the unused full months remaining on the plan and are returned to the original payment method.
How to cancel
Cancel any time from your account area, or email us and we will take care of it for you.
Cancellations stop future renewals immediately; your access simply runs through the period you have already paid for.
